Usage rules
These are the rules regarding the use of PowerSell. Customers need to read and agree to the following terms of service before becoming a PowerSell user.

We reserve the right to amend and supplement to complete this Policy at any time. Changes to this Policy will be emailed to you when enforced. We encourage you to regularly update this Privacy Policy to keep the most accurate information.
Right to use software
You have the right to use the full features of the software based on the sales agreement, information such as electronic invoices or signed service contracts.
You have the right to check, update and adjust your personal information by logging into your account and editing personal information or asking us to do this.
We do not claim any intellectual property rights in the materials you provide to the PowerSell Services. All the materials you have submitted to your website (using PowerSell Services) is your property. You can delete data at any time by deleting the store connected to your PowerSell account. This also means that you delete all the content you are hosting at our Services.
Limitation of liability
Customers are not allowed to use software services in updating data, sending emails, writing articles or transferring data for the following purposes:
– Damaging, disturbing others or causing disadvantages to people and property;
– Relating to the disclosure of deceptive information or materials that lead to discrediting, honour, harassment or pornography;
– Infringing on privacy rights or discriminating against race, religion, gender, or disabled person;
– Infringing upon intellectual property rights or other property rights;
– Interfering with or disrupting the Service (including but not limited to accessing the Service through any device, software);
– Violating the provisions of law mandated on the hosting country.
In any case that PowerSell or other service providers who work with us did not hold liabilities for damages arising from using a third-party service, you must follow the respective commitments.
Return/Compensation Policy
In case that the customer ceases to use the software for personal reasons (such as discontinuing business, health problem, time management trouble, etc.), We are not responsible for reimbursing any costs.
In the event that customers have serious problems when using the software, we will have support and compensation policies on a case by case basis.
Charges related to the service are calculated on a monthly basis and detailed in an electronic invoice or sales contract.
You can pay for the service directly through the payment gateway of the PowerSell app.
After payment, the system will send an online invoice to your email (which you provided when registering). 30 days before your service expires, the system will automatically send you a reminder to pay for the next use period.
