I. Shipping policy
1) For Shopee
A. Shipping service activation
NOTES:
Shopee doesn’t approve products to be active if shipping services are not yet enabled.
Please fill in your pickup address before enabling shipping services.
Step 1: Log in to Shopee Seller Centre homepage -> Select “Shipping Setting”
Step 2: Enable shipping service by turning on the grey button
Step 3: Click on the arrow next to the button to see the requirements of each shipping service.
NOTES: Sellers need to read carefully the requirements about Max weight, Max order value supported, etc…in order to avoid errors in product uploading due to the exceedance of any values.

Shopee recommends sellers to enable all shipping services available to optimize your customer support and maximize the revenue.

When sellers enable a new shipping service, the system may not automatically apply it to all the products of their stores.

When sellers disable a shipping service, the system will automatically disable it for all the products of their stores.
B. Package dimension and Weight rule
NOTES: Package dimension rule applies for all dimensions (length, width, height) of the package. If any of the dimension values (length, width, height) exceeds the limitation, it will lead to rejection from the shipping service for that package.
