QUALITY APPROVAL FOR DECORATED PRODUCTS FROM LAZADA
There are 2 signs to know of the product has been decorated successfully on the platforms:

Its status in PowerPaint is “Success”.

The original image of that product has displayed the template.

In some cases, you may not be able to see the product images changed on the platforms despite “Success” status has already appeared on the Decorated Products section. These are 2 common reasons:
- When a product is first created or has any information updated, it will need to get approval from Lazada for its quality before it can be updated on the platform, according to their policy.

If you’ve selected many products (above 200 products) at the same time for decorating, it might cause a slow approval process from Lazada and lead to the delay of new updates on the platform.
Tips: We recommend that you should limit the number of products within 100 each time of decoration.
The products that are not yet updated with PowerPaint templates due to the quality approval process will be listed in the “Quality approval pending” section on Seller Center.
Here are the steps on how to access this section:
Step 1: Log in to your account on Seller Center homepage -> Select “Products” -> Select “Manage Products”.
Step 2: Select “Quality Approval Pending” as shown below
Tips: If it takes more than one hour or you want your products to receive faster approval, you can select “Edit Details” and then click on “Submit”. This quality approval process often requires less pending time and also runs more smoothly when taken place directly on Seller Center.
