PowerChat – Is a PowerSell application that will help you:
- Helps you reply faster to get “positive reviews” from clients

Sign up for PowerSell account then download PowerChat for Windows or MacOS (Apple).
1. New user PowerChat setup
Step 1: Download PowerChat for Windows or MacOS (Apple) then install. If you use Windows 7, please install Net Framework 4.8 to run PowerChat (download here).
Step 2: Open PowerChat, make sure that you need to allow PowerChat the permission to run, instructions for permission:
- Windows: Click on “More Info”, then select “Run anyway”
- MacOS: Click on “Application”, right-click on the PowerChat icon, select “Open”, then select “Open” again to open PowerChat.
Step 3: Log in to PowerChat or register for a new account if you do not have an account yet.
2. Connect more sales channel to PowerChat
Step 1: Login to PowerChat.
Step 2: Click “Settings” in the upper right corner of the screen and then click on “Store Management”.
Step 3: Click on “Connect new channel”
Step 4: Fill out the information:
- Shop Name
- Platform
- Country
- SellerCenter Account Credential (if you provide credential, PowerChat will support auto login into SellerCenter)
3. Using PowerChat:
Step 1: Click on the shop name, then log into SellerCenter (will automatically login if you have filled out the information in the Store Management section – you can update your account information by clicking on “Settings” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, select store management, select a store, and click edit).
Step 2: Chat with customers via chat tool, the system will check and report the number of unanswered messages in the list of stores on the left sidebar every 60 seconds.
NOTE:
(1) Stores with a Green sign show that their status is Online.
(2) With Online status, you will receive a notification of new messages with a number of indicators displayed next to each store, please take note that new messages are updated every 60 seconds.
(3) Each Chat session will be expired after a certain period of time (this will depend on the operating terms of Lazada, Shopee). So you need to pay attention to the stores with red signs to be able to log in for a new session.
(4) You can use a filter for a quick view of the stores that are: Online, Offline and Unread.
(5) In the case there are lags (based on the number of stores and computer load), click on “Speed Up” to improve the speed of PowerChat.
