If this is the first time you have installed PowerChat, you can perform some initial setup steps. Download the PowerChat tool to your computer.

For Windows users, download installation file PowerChat Setup 1.0.0.exe

For Mac OS users, download PowerChat-1.0.0.dmg

How do I sign in to PowerChat?:

1. If you already have a PowerSell account:

Step 1: Install & then open PowerChat on your PC or Mac.

Step 2: Enter your PowerSell credentials (email, password) and select Sign in.

2. If you don’t have a PowerSell account:

Step 1: Visit https:  https://app.powersell.com/register 

Step 2: Key in all required fields and select Accept and Sign Up.

Step 3: After signing up successfully, you need to finish all initial setup below for your PowerSell account.  Select Operating Market (the country you are trading in). PowerSell currently does not support multinational shops (or sellers). You can not change the Operating Market after you click Next.

Complete the survey questions and then click Next.

Step 4: You can add your shop(s) now and click on “Connect your shop”.

After connecting your shop(s), you can start to use PowerChat by double-click on the PowerChat Shortcut on your computer screen. Fill out the registration information and start to use.

List of stores added successfully to PowerChat

Click the original Shops list (reload icon) at the upper-left corner – to reload the shop list when you have successfully added or removed shop(s).

(1) Please be informed that shops connected on PowerSell will be available on the list of shops on PowerChat
(2) You can always add more shops or remove shops later to control the number of shops displayed on PowerChat

Manage Messages

(1) For the first time signed in PowerChat, you will find the list of shops connected on the left side with Red indicator
(2) To receive notification about new chat arrives, you need to follow steps below to turn the status of the shop from Offline to Online
(3) Can filter by Unread, Online and Offline status of shop list.

Step 1: Click on shops with red indicator

Step 2: Key in credentials (username/email & password) of that shops on Seller centre

For Shopee, make sure you only key in username, don’t use email or phone number because Shopee Chat only accepts username

Step 3: After signing in successfully, the indicator of the shop will turn from Red to Green.

Step 4: Receive new chat & interact with customers

IMPORTANT: For now we support Lazada, Shoppe & Sendo
(1) Shops with Green indicator means that the status of your shop is Online
(2) You will receive notification (badge number) that counts the total number of new chat arrives
(3) Your Chat session will be expired after a certain duration (this depends on the duration of the session set by Lazada, Shopee, Sendo). So you need to keep an eye on shops with Red indicator to make sure you can log in again to set the status of Shop as Online
(4) For Sendo, you won’t be able to see badge number because it’s not supported by Sendo. Please be aware of this.


In this version, you can use all features of PowerSell App right on PowerChat application. Simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on tab PowerSell App on the top section of PowerChat and key in PowerSell credentials


Step 2: After signing in successfully, you can use all available features of PowerSell app
