You can do it with 2 following methods:
Method #1: Link manually inventory products with product listings.
Step 1: Login to PowerSell here.
Step 2: On the left side of the main dashboard, click on Inventory and select Stock sync. Then click on the name of the inventory product that you want to link to product listings or the number of listing(s) under product’s name.
Step 3:Enter the keyword to search for the listing. Search results will display a list of listings including products with or without variant(s), and also products that have been linked to previous inventory products.
Step 4: Click the box before the listing you want to link with and click Link.
Step 5: There will be a notice showing a product linked successfully, click Close to complete this action.
The list of product listings linked to the inventory product will be displayed below with information: Product info, Stock, Campaign stock, Price, Items sold, and Action.
NOTE: You can unlink the product listing from an inventory product by clicking the Unlink button at the line of that listing.
Method #2: Edit SKU codes on Sellercenter & Auto link inventory products with product listings
Step 1: Go to Seller Center and edit SKU codes of your product listings, so that they can have the same SKU codes for the same products on your connected stores to PowerSell
Step 2: Login to PowerSell here.
Go to Settings => Sales Channels => Click Sync Product and wait for PowerSell to update edited SKU codes OR just wait for 10 minutes, PowerSell will automatically update new data from marketplaces.
Step 3: On the left side of the main dashboard, click on Inventory and select Stock sync. Then click on Auto link to Product listings button.
You can select either 1 or 2 options automatically map new inventory SKUs with channel SKUs from other shops
- If inventory’s SKU codes are matched with their Channel SKUs: The system will automatically scan all the product listings/ variants synced to PowerSell and compare to the inventory products in the warehouse. If they have the same SKU codes, then they will be automatically mapped to that product.
- If inventory’s product names are matched with their listings’ product names (applicable for product listings without variants): the system will automatically scan all the product listings without variants synced to PowerSell and compare to the inventory products in the warehouse. If they have the same exactly 100% names, then they will be automatically mapped to that product.
Step 4: A notice will appear to let you know that the process will be carried out in the system. You can click Understood to continue using PowerSell and wait for a while to double check if inventory products are successfully linked to product listings.
NOTE:
– The list of product listings linked to the inventory product will be displayed below with information: Product info, Stock, Campaign stock, Price, Items sold, and Action.
– You can unlink the product listing from an inventory product by clicking the Unlink button at the line of that listing.
