Step 2: From the sidebar menu on the left, click Dashboard.
The system will constantly analyze the data collected so that you can easily view the statistics of your business
THIS MONTH REVENUE: Number % = This month’s revenue / last month’s revenue – 1
TODAY REVENUE: Number% = Today revenue / Yesterday revenue
TODAY ITEMS SOLD: Number% = Today items sold / Yesterday items sold
PENDING ITEMS: The total number of items in orders with the status of “Processing”
– Filter section: Customers can choose Today, This Week (Monday to Sunday), This Month.
– The chart section contains 2 lines:
- Line 1: TOTAL REVENUE – Total revenue of all orders created during the period of filter, exclusive of shipping fee and voucher
- Line 2: DELIVERED – Total revenue of all orders which have status “Delivered” during the period of filter.
SHIPPED – Total revenue of all orders which have status “Shipped” during the period of filter.
CANCELLED & LOST: Total revenue of orders which have status “Cancelled”, “Returned”, “Failed to delivery” during the period of filter.
– Revenue by channel section: The graph shows the total revenue of each platform (Shopee, Lazada, Sendo) during the period of filter.
– Shop performance (during the period of filter): List of shops sorted by revenue order (Total revenue).
Definition of the fields:
+ Listings: The number of active products of that shop on the platform.
+ Items: Total number of products in the orders created during the period of filter.
+ Pending items: Total number of products in the orders which have status “Pending”
+ Revenue: Total revenue of all orders created during the period of filter.
+ Trend L14D: Displays the revenue change of each shop for the last 14 days (exclusive of today).
– Best-selling products section (during the period of filter) : Displays a list of Top-selling products by Revenue or Orders ranked from the most to the least.
