B. Dashboard
This month revenue
The total revenue of all orders arising from the time of 00:00:00′ on the 1st of the month to the time of 23:59:59′ on the last day of the month.
Today Revenue
The total revenue of all orders arising from the time of 00:00:00′ today to the time of 23:59:59′ today.
Today items sold
The total number of orders arising from the time of 00:00:00′ today to the time of 23:59:59′ today.
Pending items
The total number of orders with the status “Processing”.
Revenue by channel
Revenue by sales channel are shown in a pie chart to compare the turnover rates of shop on each platform by custom time period (Today / This Week / This Month).
Revenue trend
Revenue trends are shown in a line chart to show the turnover fluctuations of all shops by custom time intervals (Today / This Week / This Month).
Total revenue
The total revenue of all orders generated during the selected time period (Today / This Week / This Month), excluding shipping fee and vouchers.
Shipped
The total revenue of all orders with “Shipping” status during the selected time period.
Delivered
The total revenue of all orders with the status “Successfully delivered” in the selected time period.
Canceled & Lost
The total revenue for all orders with the status “Canceled”, “Returned” and “Deliver failed” in the selected time period.
% Sales growth over the same period
“This number is based on data collected within 30 days, excluding today (that is, from yesterday to the past).
Color regulation:
Green:% increase rate.
Red:% reduction rate.
Gray: percentage% = 0”
Shop information
Displays a list of the shops connected to the software, sorted by total revenue.
“Trend (in the Shop performance this week
section)”
Shows the fluctuations in revenue within the 14 days excluding today of each shop in the form of a bar chart.
Best selling products
By revenue: Showing the Top 10 bestselling products by revenue, sorted by default from high revenue to low revenue.
By order: Showing Top 10 bestselling products by order number, sorted by default from high total orders to low total orders.
Trend (in the Best selling products section)
By revenue: Shows the fluctuations in revenue of the top 10 best-selling products within 14 days excluding today in bar chart form.
By order: Shows the fluctuations in the number of orders of the top 10 bestselling products within 14 days excluding today day in the form of a bar chart.
C. Listing Management
Listing Center
The detailed product listing page contains product information (including quantity of stock, price, order, revenue and status).
Filter
“Filter by product brand.
Filter by stock / price range.
Filter products with or without variant.
Filter products with status on or off.”
Stock
The amount of stock items that you manage with PowerSell.
Price
The amount that buyers pay to buy the product.
Promotion Price
The selling price of the product after the promotion is applied.
Status
The status of displaying the product listing on the platforms (On or Off).
D. Order Management
Order Processing
A collection of orders from shops connected to PowerSell.
Wait for confirmation
List of orders awaiting confirmation. This status only appears in Shopee shops.
Pending
List of orders that have not been processed by the seller (or platform).
Ready to ship
List of orders that have been processed by the seller (or platform) and are pending delivery to the shipping unit.
Shipped
List of orders the shipping unit is on the way to the buyer.
Delivered
List of orders the shipping unit are successfully shipped to the buyer.
Returned
List of orders with cancellation and return status.
E. Order Reconciliation
Reconcile
Reconcile is the act of making a comparison between two entities for comparison. In e-commerce, comparing the data on the platform and the data recorded by the seller is a job to avoid loss of goods and payment.
Return Reconciliation
This is also called counter-checking. This is a check to see if the data of returned items on the platform matches the actual received items in the warehouse or not.
Total returned orders
A list of all orders with “Return” and “Delivery failed” statuses for some time (the default is 6 months from today and earlier).
Unconfirmed return
A list of orders with the status “Return” and “Delivery failed” that has not been confirmed to be returned to the warehouse.
Confirmed return
A list of orders with status “Return” and “Delivery failed” that has been confirmed for inventory.
Confirmed but wrong status
A list of orders that have been confirmed for inventory but the status of orders on the platform is not “Return” or “Delivery failed”.
Payment Reconciliation
The act of collating data to see which successful orders have been received payment from the platform and which ones have not yet to avoid loss of revenue.
Total delivered orders
A list of all orders with the status “Successful delivery” in a period of time (the default is 6 months from today and earlier).
Unconfirmed payment
A list of orders with status “Successful delivery” has not been confirmed to receive payment from the platform.
Confirmed Payment
A list of orders with status “Successful delivery” has been confirmed to receive payment from the platform already.
Confirmed but wrong status (Successful delivered orders)
A list of orders that have been confirmed to receive payment from the platform, but the status on the platform is not “Successful delivery”.
Decentralization
An action by which the primary account allocates access to features in PowerSell to employee accounts.
F. Inventory
Inventory Management
The management of physical products actually in the warehouse.
Inventory
Actual physical products users can link with similar product listings on the platform for easy inventory management.
In stock
A list of products in stock (inventories greater than 0).
Out of stock
A list of products in stock that are out of stock (inventory is zero).
Low stock
List of products in stock that are almost out of stock (inventories greater than 0 and less than or equal to 5).
All products (in the Inventory section)
Represents total inventory of all stock products and total value of those products.
Total stock ( in each stock item section )
The total inventory of all product listings currently linked with the stock items, including new orders that are being processed
Proccessing
The number of inventories of products being / will be processed and packaged for new orders. These products have not been shipped out of the warehouse yet.
Available
The number of inventory products that can be sold on the platform. Calculated by subtracting Processing and Safety Stock from Total Stock.
Safety Stock
Safety stock is a level of extra stock that is maintained to avoid risk of stockouts. Note: Safety Stock only works if the product has Stock Sync enabled.
Stock Status
An easy to use inventory feature to monitor stocks such as In stock, Out of stock and Low stock.
Stock Sync
A feature to help synchronize the number of product listings linked with the stock items. This feature works both from software or platform
SKU
SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is a product code that you can use to search and identify stock on hand from lists, invoices, or order forms.
Barcode
A printed series of parallel bars or lines of varying width that is used for entering data into a computer system. The bars are used to represent the binary digits 0 and 1, sequences of which in turn can represent numbers from 0 to 9 and be processed by a digital computer.
