Instructions to reconcile each order
Step 1: Log in to PowerSell here.
Step 2: From the sidebar menu on the left, select Orders Management => select Return Reconciliation.
Step 3: Click on Unconfirmed Return. The checklist will be displayed with a single item of Returned or Failed.
Step 4: Select the order to check or enter the order code into the search box, click the Enter button. Order information will be displayed and press the Confirm button.
