Chat automation (or PowerReply) is a feature that allows you to reply to your customers with automatic messages, therefore increasing response rate and response time for your stores. This feature requires PowerSell Pro to be enabled and your stores with Online status.
Step 1: Login to PowerSell here.
Step 2: On the left side of the main dashboard, click on Chat automation.
On Configurations tab, there are 3 important notices that you should pay attention to:

As a part of Lazada & Shopee SLA for chat, the metrics of Response Rate & Response Time are based on the actual reply rate.

Auto-reply message supports your chat agents, however, it can be recognized by the platform as violation of established policies. Users take full responsibility for the tools usage when enabling PowerReply messages to be sent for the connected shops.

Please make sure you are opening PowerSell Pro and keeping it online. We cannot send automatic messages if you turn off PowerSell Pro. We are currently supporting Lazada and Shopee.
Notes: PowerReply will not work in some following cases:

“Auto replies” (on Lazada)/ “Auto Reply” on Shopee is still turned on.

Sellers have already replied to buyers before the setting time for PowerReply.
Example:

Your setting for PowerReply to be sent out is 5 minutes after your buyers first text to your shop.

If you’ve answered your buyers after 4 minutes, then PowerReply would not send out messages anymore because Users have replied to the buyers already.

PowerSell Pro is in offline status because users are not opening the PowerSell Pro & Status of that store on PowerSell Pro is NOT “online”.

PowerReply button is being disabled in the “Configuration” tab for that store.
