New information & new functions at tab Linked SKUs tab:
-
Show warning icon for Linked SKUs that have failed to sync stock level:
-
Red warning icon: (1) The platform returns error signal after PowerSell sends the stock updating request or (2) it returns success signal but then later on PowerSell system double check and find out the stock level on PowerSell is smaller than the corresponding stock level on Seller Center (as sometimes Seller Center returns success signal but it fails to update the stock level).
-
Yellow warning icon: (1) The platform returns success signal but then later on PowerSell system double check and find out the stock level on PowerSell is greater than the corresponding stock level on Seller Center (as sometimes Seller Center returns success signal but it fails to update the stock level).
→ Solution: click Retry button to manually retry stock sync.
-
After the campaign is over, users can click on the below button to reset campaign stock (due to the technical limitation of the platform, PowerSell can’t detect the end date of campaign to automatically reset the campaign stock). So after a campaign is over, users need to manually reset campaign stock for the time being.
