PowerSell manages product by variant level, so you have to identify if your products have variant or not
Step 1: Login to PowerSell here.
Step 2: On the left side on the main dashboard, click Product and then select All products listed.
Step 3 : You can identify your products which have variants or do not have variants in this interface.
If your product has variants, the number variant of that product will be shown below the name of the product with blue number.

With the products have many variants

You can click directly the number of variants, it will show the other interface which describes detailed information about stock, price, order, revenue and status for each variant. Moreover you can choose to turn on the status “ blue button” , which helps you show that product is active on the sales channel. Or turn off status “grey button” which helps you show that product is inactive and not for sale on the sales channel.

When you click for the name of each variant, the detailed information of that variant will be shown and it provides the total basic information of that variant.

In this interface, the system will show the report depends on the variant level.
When you click Statistic, you can track the revenue trend of that variant in the last 30 days.

Revenue : The total buyer paid values of the variant in the last 30 days, exclusive of all discounts applied, store credit card, shipping fees and surcharges

Item sold : The total number of stocks have been sold in the last 30 days

Average price : is average selling price of the item in the last 30 days

Voucher usage: the percentage of voucher account from the total selling price of item

Average sales : is average of the item sold in the last 30 days

Days to OOS : The total days to out of stock of the item

Smart tags : The tag is attached to describe the item status like
Out of stock : The product is out of stock
No sales : No sale during the last 30 days

You can track your competitors for each variant here if you use Competitor monitoring on PowerSell. You can add the product’s competitor link to track their information in here and the system will analysis automatically

You also track the history update when you have any change on your product information and you can check the person who changed that.
With the products have no variant
Powersell will show detailed basic information directly in the product list about stock, price, orders and revenue in interface.
Moreover you can choose to turn on the status “ blue button” , which helps you show that product is active on the sales channel. Or turn off status “grey button” which helps you show that product is inactive and not for sale on the sales channel.
Beside you can adjust stock and price directly in this interface when you click the blue number.
When you click for that product, the detailed information will be shown and it provides the total basic information of that product which are similar to the variant above.
